Personal Code of Ethics
I will adhere to life’s golden rule while providing my employer and its customers with the service they deserve. Through this model, I will be successful at helping others meet their goals while branding myself as someone who builds solid customer bases. I will strive to keep this rule as my guide in each decision I make both internally and externally with regards to my business and life.
Furthermore, I will try and utilize all opportunities presented to me as a chance to learn and grow personally so as to become a more productive member of both my workplace and the community. My strength as both a student and an employee is persistence to get the job done well. I carry a sense of pride into anything I do and expect the same from those around me. In this way, I not only strive to make myself better, but also intend on positively affecting the lives that I touch.
Social Responsibility Statement
1. Volunteerism: Outside of work, volunteerism is where I stand to contribute most of myself. Giving of my time and efforts is not only personally rewarding, but its impact can be seen within my community.
2. Donations: Along side with volunteerism I have, and will continue to, give what I'm reasonably capable of to causes I believe in and to those less fortunate than myself.
3. Environment: I will remain and extend my consciousness of my effect on the environment in which we all live. I will do this by seeking out ways to reduce my impact through consumption reduction and alternative choices.
4. Socio-cultural: I will be accepting and encouraging towards the ideas and actions of cultures different from my own. In doing so, I not only allow others to grow, but I stand to grow personally as well.
